It's hard to know what to expect when you are considering the cost for planning a wedding. With so much information, vendors, and unexpected expenses it can be an overwhelming task.
When it comes to flowers, I have put together a simple package in line with industry standards that will give couples a heads up on how to plan for the cost of wedding florals.
On average a couple should plan on 10% of their total wedding budget for flowers. For example, if your total wedding budget is $25,000, you should plan on spending $2,500.00 on your wedding flowers. Wedding flowers should be artfully designed to reflect the theme and style of your event. From the minute your guests arrive they will have a sense of your theme, your style and the energy you want to convey. Will it be a formal black tie event? A chic modern event? A relaxed Boho-Chic event or a casual gathering with a fun festive theme?
Your flowers should be designed to represent the personality of you and your partner. Colors, style, texture and shape all play a major role in reflecting your personality. In other words, flowers aren't just flowers. They will carry the theme of your wedding and create picture perfect photo opportunities that will last a lifetime. If you are getting married at the Biltmore, you will probably want to carry something more than a simple daisy bouquet. However, If you choose a waterfall or natural setting daisies may be beautifully displayed throughout the event.
To often, I meet with brides and grooms who went to great expense on their venues and catering, but alas, their budget was depleted when it came to their wedding florals! The style of the florals was not in line with their Chic or elegant setting. From a designer perspective flowers should accent and accentuate the overall style of the event. Noone wants to serve BBQ and sliders with their sterling silver table settings right? So, when planning for your wedding be sure to include florals in your budget that will enhance your overall theme.

Rentals and Arches are available on a first come first served basis.
Delivery Fees & Return Service for an additional fee of $155.00.
Rental Policy:
All rentals must be returned in the condition they are rented in. Free of wax, stains, scratches or damage.
All rentals must be returned the following business day. A $50.00 fee will be charged per day until the item is returned.
Lost or Stolen items will be replaced at retail cost, at the renters’ expense.
All Renters must provide a credit card to cover damaged or lost
