During This Move- I Refuse to Neglect my Blog!
I must absolutely refuse to neglect my blog. It's really easy to overlook writing a blog post, I'm to busy, No one reads it, I don't know what to blog about - are just a few of my favorite excuses. The truth is I love to blog - Not just for my followers or my friends but mainly for me.
Blogging is my chance to sit down and reflect on recent events. It's my chance to sit down and look at the big picture -The Good, The Bad & The Ugly. It always helps me to discover the truth about where I am at and what I am doing. It helps me see that there is way more good than anything else! Like this beautiful elopement bouquet for Simple-I-Do's

We enjoy working with Mark Robertson and the remarkable couples who elope with simple-I-dos.
This was one of three small weddings over the weekend. I normally only take one elopement and one full wedding per weekend. It's really important for us to give each event big or small the attention and time that it deserves. Our full wedding was this Boho style bouquet with botanical elements of mixed natural greenery and soft white florals. Love this look!

I gained a kind new client this week. I was so happy when I received the email that stated they are from Orlando, FL. too. It let me know that this couple had taken the time to research our services and they obviously read my Bio. So we sent out a lovely Thank you arrangement to their neighbors!

In addition, I got to make my favorite bouquet of the summer for a sweet church wedding. Congratulations Sarah & Hunter! & my husband sold a custom built swing.

Now he has to make me one!! Thank you to our friend G.K. @Chateau Debris for the fine upholstery work on the pillows and dust ruffle. All of these things combined with the fact that I get to do what I love and almost make a living at it! = Gratitude.

Now for the - well I'm not sure if it's bad - So in other news, we are moving our shop to a new location. Being busy is a blessing but we realize the need for a dedicated floral space. We will miss our quaint little flower shop at Miss Caroline's Chapel, but we know that whatever lies ahead will be just perfect. Our shop hours will be the same. We are currently working from our home based studio while we remodel our office space. We will be located closer to Waynesville and still serving Maggie Valley and surrounding areas. The only thing that will change is our address which we will announce as soon as everything is in place. Our commitment to provide quality, custom, Eco-friendly flowers, Custom Wedding & Event Rentals and hand crafted gifts will remain the same. We will continue to offer fresh flowers for any style and buy from local farms as often as possible.Thank you for your patience, support and understanding as we undergo these changes. Wishing you all continued success in whatever you do that makes you happy! In the meantime , Blog...Blog...Blog.
